Qravitas is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

How work is delivered

Every deliverable is sent by email to the address given at purchase, as a secure link and a PDF.

Board Pack: within three working days of payment and confirmation of the company to be read.
Marketing Intelligence: the first read within five working days of the term starting, then re-reads on the cadence agreed for the term.
Custom & Enterprise: on the timeline in the statement of work.

We tell you before the deadline passes, with a new date. If a Board Pack is more than five working days late, you can cancel for a full refund.
