Cancellation & Refund Policy

Qravitas sells research delivered as documents. Nothing renews automatically and we do not store a payment mandate, so a term ends unless you choose to renew it.

Board Pack, single month

Before work starts: cancel by email and we refund the full amount.
After delivery: if what you receive falls short of what our pages describe, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will rework it or refund it in full, your choice.
A pack that does not clear our own quality gate is not shipped. If we cannot deliver, you are refunded in full.

Annual terms (Marketing Intelligence, Board Pack)

Invoiced up front or in quarterly instalments. Cancel at any time before the next instalment and no further invoice is raised.
Tell us within seven days of any invoice and we refund the unused portion of that term.

Custom & Enterprise engagements

Cancellation and refund terms are set in the statement of work. Any deposit is refundable in full until work begins.

How refunds are paid

Write to hello@qravitas.com with the invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within five to seven working days. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded automatically.
