Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qravitas website and the Qravitas enterprise-intelligence platform (together, the “Platform”), operated by Qravitas (“Qravitas,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Platform or requesting access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The Platform

Qravitas is software that produces executive intelligence. From a company's public footprint, the Platform runs deterministic analysis, applies grounded inference, and produces board-level intelligence. Qravitas is a product, not a consulting, advisory, or marketing service, and using the Platform does not create any such engagement.

2. Eligibility and access

The Platform is for business use by professionals aged 16 or older. Early access is offered to a founding cohort and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Outputs and intended use

Reports and scores are produced by software from publicly available signals and are provided for informational purposes to support your own judgement. Every quantified claim is evidence-verified against measured signals, but outputs are estimates and analyses, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make. Qravitas is independent of, and not affiliated with or endorsed by, the companies it analyzes.

Your workspace inputs

The organisations you watch, the competitors you add, the sectors you choose and the organisations you ask us to cover are your confidential information. We never show them, or anything that identifies you, to another customer. We may use them only in aggregate form that identifies no customer, for example to decide which organisations to monitor more often or to confirm a relationship between organisations from public records. Analysis of an organisation that you asked us to add is part of the Platform and may be available to other customers; your request for it is not.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, including the Qravitas decision engine, the evidence base, the software, and all related materials, is owned by Qravitas and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform and the reports we provide to you for your internal business purposes.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names shown on this site or inside a report belong to their respective owners. They appear because those companies are subjects of analysis or are named in cited evidence, and their display does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any affiliation with Qravitas.

6. Fees

Paid plans are described at the point of purchase, in the currency shown there. Early-access participation may be provided on founding terms. We will not charge you without your express authorization.

Renewal. Marketing Intelligence and Board Pack annual terms are billed by invoice, up front or in quarterly instalments. A single month of Board Pack is billed once. We do not store a payment mandate and nothing renews automatically: a term ends unless you choose to renew it.

Refunds and cancellation. A Board Pack that does not clear our own quality gate is not shipped. If what you receive falls short of what is described here, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will rework it or refund it. For an annual term, tell us within seven days of an invoice and we will refund the unused portion of that term. The full policy is on the cancellation and refund page.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qravitas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
